Spring is in the air. And if any luck, fresh herbs are in your garden. Make the most of your bounty by creating one of these refreshing and simple-to-make craft cocktails. For each recipe, mix all ingredients in a uKeg 64 (or double up if using a uKeg 128). Then charge the cap and dispense into a tall glass over fresh ice. Leftover herbs can be used to garnish the drink.

* How to Make Basic Herb Simple Syrups:

Heat 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and ½ cup fresh herbs in a saucepan. Simmer until the sugar dissolves, then turn off heat. Let the mixture steep until it cools to room temperature, then strain into a clean bottle or jar. Refrigerate the syrup for up to 2 weeks. Pro tip: add 1 oz of vodka to the simple syrup to act as a preservative.
