LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
GrowlerWerks provides a limited one-year warranty for your uKeg™ (“Product”), which will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use for one year from the date of receipt when purchased from an authorized retailer. On the Amazon marketplace, the only authorized retailer is the GrowlerWerks store. In the event of a defect, GrowlerWerks will, at its discretion, repair or replace the Product without charge, including pre-approved shipping costs, once the Product’s eligibility for warranty service is confirmed. Replacement products will carry the same limited one-year warranty from the date of receipt. GrowlerWerks may provide new or reconditioned products as warranty replacements. Customers should contact GrowlerWerks customer service team for any warranty-related questions.
This warranty is applicable only to Products operated in the United States. It grants you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state. For Products used outside the United States, warranty support will be provided by regional distributors or through online support and the delivery of replacement parts for user installation, as directed by GrowlerWerks customer service in approved cases.
Certified pre-owned, scratch and dent, refurbished, discontinued, or non-conforming products purchased directly are covered by this limited one-year warranty for functional defects, as described on the Product page at the time of purchase, excluding cosmetic defects. Returns and exchanges for these categories of products are not accepted, as per the defined Product Return Policy.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PROPERTY DAMAGE, NOR INCIDENTAL COSTS AND EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. Some states or Provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from services performed by unauthorized service providers, use of non-approved parts, normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or external causes such as acts of nature.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND REPLACES ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some states or Provinces do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
